House Rules The Kenwood House, TOT #373N is a registered Sonoma County vacation rental. Renters of the Kenwood House agree to, abide by and respect all rules of the the Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance #5908 and the rules of the house. Check-in is 3PM Check-out is 11AM This is a rural neighborhood, respect our neighbors with quiet time between 10:00 pm and 9:00 am No Parties, Events or Gatherings. No amplified music or excessively loud noise. No pets allowed. The landscape at the Kenwood House is very special. Please respect the outdoor space. Before checking out, please make sure the kitchen is as clean as you found it. Please load and run the dishwasher when you leave. It is not necessary to unload the dishwasher. Fire pit use is allowed only on Non-Spare-the-Air days. This includes the fireplace insert in the house. Violation of this may result in fines to the renter. Check before you burn!

Spare the Air Days

The Kenwood House is a NO SMOKING property. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, outside the house or anywhere on the property. Hot tub use is subject to the listed quiet time. Please be respectful of this, sound travels in our rural neighborhood.
